Shipping Policy

All Shutter Apparel Lifestyle Clothing orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Due to Covid-19 we may experience some delays in processing and shipping orders. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shutter Apparel has warehouses throughout North America, Asia and Europe and is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Shutter Apparel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Any item(s) must be returned within  15  (fifteen) calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received and in the original packaging with tags still attached. We will also need a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase to process any refunds.


Once the item(s) are received, we will inspect and notify you on the status of any refund. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. Credit should appear within 5-30 days, depending on the credit card issuer's policies. Buyer is responsible for paying the all shipping costs. Shipping costs are non­-refundable and deducted from any refunds issued.
